CARELYNK INTERNATIONAL began in 2020 as a staffing and consulting firm, focused on connecting healthcare organizations with skilled professionals. But the vision was always bigger than staffing.

Growing up, I carried with me countless stories from family, friends, and communities in Africa—especially in Kenya—of lives cut short because of misdiagnosis, malpractice, or lack of access to proper medical information. Too many loved ones were lost, not because care didn’t exist, but because the systems failed them.

Those stories never left me. They became a quiet but persistent call to action. I knew that healthcare could not remain fragmented, unequal, and impersonal. I dreamed of building a healthcare information exchange—a bridge that would connect patients, providers, and data—so no one’s life would be compromised by preventable mistakes.
